No — water- and liquid-damaged devices aren't covered by our repair warranty. We'll talk you through what's possible before any work starts.
›Do I need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome for most common repairs such as screen replacements, batteries and charging ports. For anything more complex, please call ahead so we can check parts availability.
›What should I do straight after water damage?
Switch the device off if you can, and don't try to power it on or charge it. Bring it in as soon as possible — the sooner we check it, the better the chance of recovery.
›Should I put my phone in rice?
Rice doesn't remove the liquid or corrosion inside the device. It's better to switch it off and bring it straight in.
